Best Stand Award

Design of your company’s stand at the Exhibition, presentation of your products and the work of your staff at the stand give your company an opportunity to take part in the “Best Stand Award”

“Best Stand Award” is presented in 3 categories:

• for the stand of 100 sq.m. and more
• for the stand of 50 sq.m. and more
• for the stand of less than 50 sq.m.

MAIN SELECTION CRITERIA

• the overall design of the stand
• rational use of space on the stand
• creative use of advanced presentation tools and technologies
• the integrity of the stand
• the functionality of the stand as a venue for meetings and negotiations
• creative design of the stand for purposes of attracting attention

A company meeting as many criteria as possible has the best chance to win “Best Stand Award”. Any company can take part in the “Best Stand Award”, but the nominees will be those companies whose stands can meet at least several of the criteria.

EXPERT JURY EVALUATION

Representatives of RAO/CIS Offshore Organizing and Program Committees will be the members of the Jury that selects the winner of the “Best Stand Award”.

The jury will be working "incognito", but some members can make themselves known if they consider it necessary.
The award will take place during the Official Closing Ceremony. After the event the information on the award will be posted on the website of RAO/CIS Offshore 2019.
